Look I'm not starting a Roy Halladay sucks rant here, he clearly does not, he clearly is the opposite of suck. At the same time he is mortal, as proved recently, and he is at the point of his career where he is going to be more mortal more often. I don't want to be writing the above headline every 5 games in 2012.

Halladay pitches like crap, Jays lose.
So Halladay had another epically bad start last night, worse than the last one even. I was under the impression that he had been pretty lousy since coming back from the DL, but i looked it up and that's not true, just that he hadn't been as fantastic as he was earlier in the year. He has however blown a couple of leads, and if there is anything that an ace is supposed to do, it is not blow leads. That's my understanding of what an "ace" is anyways. That characteristic is the one that comes before, "ends losing streaks, doesn't start them" in the ace list.
