How about try David Purcey?
Dude has 1 relief appearance in his pro career, but let's be honest, looking at his 6 year pro career you have to wonder how he maybe hasn't had more. Yeah there's tons of talent there, but maybe it's time to start focusing on 1 or 2 pitches and 1 inning. Maybe he could actually focus on that, because he certainly has trouble with the starting.

6 seasons of minor league ball and he's gotten his whip below 1.3 twice, and one of those seasons was over a total of 12 innings.
This has probably been suggested many time before and being ignorant I have never noticed, but still I would like to throw it out there.
